Summary
Following the atomic war of 2150, a large proportion of the survivers were warped by Strontium 90 fallout. Their mutated offspring, defeated in a war against the ' norms', were forced to live as second class citizens in poverty-stricken ghettos. The only job available to them was bounty hunting.
